PASTEL
Our woad fields are cultivated near Toulouse in their historical birthplace. In the agricultural cooperative that we have created, we have chosen a reasoned agriculture and the guarantee of a fair price for our farmers.

THE PASTEL SEED
Protected for several centuries at the Conservatoire National des Plantes Médicinales, our seed was put back into cultivation 25 years ago. From an ancient variety and having undergone no genetic modification, it now grows in a preserved environment.

PASTEL OIL
After flowering every 2 years, our seeds are sorted and then cold pressed south of Toulouse. One ton of raw seeds is necessary to obtain 40 liters of this rare and precious raw material.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Since 2003, our laboratory has been studying the dermatological properties of woad. To date, 4 patents have been filed. The effectiveness of our active plant ingredients has been demonstrated by clinical studies and in vitro tests.
